Love is at the heart of my work. When I am present with another human being, I experience their inner awesomeness. Sure, it might be peeking out from behind some protective layers, but it is there. Make no mistake. There is nothing more joyful than helping another person clear away the conditioning & confusion that clouds their authentic expression. I engage this process without judgement & with genuine appreciation for you and the journey that has led you to this moment.
Impeccability is what happens when we align with the essential Truth at the core of our being. When we operate from that Truth, our actions & intentions honor and uplift the right use of all. This is my intention in every moment. I bring this impeccability to my work. I will be honest & straight-forward with you & invite you to be the same.
You are on an evolutionary journey to embody, express & experience love. This is not a journey of a single lifetime. You enter this life with a soul record of all you have accomplished. This soul record is a part of your energy field, which holds all the wisdom & abilities you have developed and are in the process of developing. In your new body, you need to reconnect to this reservoir of experience and activate it at your conscious operating level. When you turn your hand to something new & discover you have a natural knack for it, you are tapping into this storehouse of wisdom.
Humans have been learning about love by trial and error. In the process, things can get sticky, often painful. When we hurt, we tend to hunker down to lick our wounds. When we are unsure how to proceed, our progress is stymied. If we are unable to resolve these challenges, we bring them forward into our next life.
Wherever this painful inertia exists, healing is needed. As we heal, we relieve paralyzing pressure & regain our evolutionary momentum. We emerge from each healing experience more resilient & empowered. Then what? Beyond healing there is growth, limitless opportunities to realize more of your authentic potential.
Understanding our experiences in the context of the long arc of evolution puts things in powerful perspective. Instead of blaming ourselves or others for not being perfect, we begin to recognize how every experience is a training ground, an opportunity for us to work our spiritual muscles, to learn how to love a little more, embrace a bit more joy and to contribute more to the world around us.
We come to realize that at each moment we, in fact, are doing our best with the resources we have. With each experience, we are growing our inner resources, so in the future our best is better. When we understand this, we stop wasting our energy beating ourselves up for "not being good enough," & devote that energy to joyful evolution.

When shamans speak of medicine, they are talking about the qualities & gifts that each being has to offer the world. When medicine is authentically expressed, it blesses all it touches, contributing to healing, harmony & wholeness. Medicine is how we each uniquely express the love within us & experience the love in others.
Everything in Nature has medicine. My work is dedicated to helping people discover their authentic medicine & express it more fully, as well as learning to recognize & honor the medicine that others have to share.
Energy is where is where the action is. We are more than our physical bodies. We are also made-up of an intricate system of subtle energy fields. This energy isn't just color & movement. It's content. Energy is information. Our energy field holds the historic record of our life experiences (both current & past lives.) The state of that record plays a powerful role in shaping our emotions, beliefs & experiences.

This process is very organic. I have learned to trust what is authentically arising & to allow our intuition and Spirit allies to be our guides. Depending on what is needed, our session may also include hands-on energy work, learning simple energetic self-care techniques or other spiritual practices to support & empower you.
If this is a first time consultation, expect the focus to be on insight, direction & possibility. If this is an ongoing session, we'll delve deeper, engaging the energy for insight, healing, transformation & growing your gifts. I may suggest personal spirit work to be done between sessions. Attending to your personal work will enrich your process, accelerate transformation & help to mobilize your medicine.
If you have committed to an Evolutionary Partnership or Professional Mentoring, our work may also involve ceremony & shamanic practices for healing & empowerment.
Appointments are scheduled in 1 hour increments.
1 hour sessions are best for:

2 hour sessions are best for:

When scheduling, I recommend that you allow time afterward to honor your experience. Although these sessions are not disruptive, they can be deep. It's best if you don't need to rush off to another commitment.

I will make a confidential digital recording of our session. Afterwards, I will send you a link to download a copy of the recording. (Please allow about 72 hours.) Recording is optional, but recommended.
Sessions can provide a lot to contemplate and absorb. Many of my clients find it helpful to review the information, take notes, etc. Some listen back immediately. Others intuitively feel drawn to revisit their session weeks or months later. It's amazing how often new insights arise with the benefit of a distance and evolving perspective.
Immediately After:
Sessions are generally not disruptive, but can be deep. After a session, take time to walk in green space, sip a cup of tea or coffee, make some notes in your journal, relax in a warm bath or just enjoy a few quiet minutes being present with yourself and what is unfolding.
However you like to process, the choice is yours. The key is to allow time to integrate and absorb. Try not to overthink, just be mindful. When shift happens at a deep level in the energy field, things can take time to unfold, relax and allow.
Your Recording:
I will send you a link to download the recording from your session, usually within 72 hours.
Moving Forward:
- pay attention to your state of being
- be present with your sensations, thoughts, feelings, dreams
- notice any shifts in your interactions with people and situations
- you may wish to explore what is arising by journaling, mindmapping, movement, meditation, creative expression, etc.
Personal Work:
- take time to do any personal work or self-care practices which were recommended at your session
- if you have scheduled another session, do any necessary prep work (see info on "How do I prepare?")

Most people find it beneficial to meet on a 2-week or monthly basis. Sustained support allows the work to go deeper & unfold progressively.
