Description

In this class series, we will meet 14 times over an 8-month period to delve deeply into the practice of shamanic dreaming. This spacious schedule is designed to allow time between each gathering for personal practice, deepening, integration and discovery. We will be staying in touch between classes in our private Spirit Dreaming Facebook group. To ensure an interactive and personalized growth experience, participation will be limited to no more than 13 dreamers.

Our journey will include:

• foundational practices for safe & sustainable shamanic dreaming
• consciousness shifting techniques for effective dream entry
• building stamina for engagement with the dream-world
• orientation to the Lower, Middle & Upper Worlds via the World Tree
• working with stable dream landscapes
• enhancing dream navigation skills
• establishing partnership with Spirit Dream Guide(s)
• developing relationship with Spirit Allies, such as Stone, Plant & Animal Spirits, Faery, Mythic Beings & other Human Archetypes, Ancestors & Higher Beings.
• dreaming for wisdom, healing, growth & empowerment
• supporting each other on our collaborative dream journey
